The Harley-Davidson Rally Water-Resistant Textile Riding Jacket - A lightweight, breathable option to leather with great protection.

Abrasion-resistant 60% cotton, 40% polyester serica PU with EN 1621-1 CE-approved removable body armor at elbows and shoulders. Back body armor pockets let you add additional protection (CE Level 1 back armor 98150-17VR, sold separately). Perfect for year-round riding, with removable liner. Water-resistant and breathable membrane keeps you cool. Meets or exceeds EN 13595 requirements in abrasion resistance, impact testing, and seam bursting for CE-certified personal protective clothing.

  • Stay Warm: Removable polyester taffeta zip-out full-sleeve quilted liner with one horizontal pocket.
  • Stay Dry: Waterproof and breathable membrane.
  • Fit & Mobility: Pre-curved sleeves. Snap tab inside back waist attaches to riding pants to help prevent jacket from riding up.
  • Ride Enhancing Features: EN 1621-1 CE-approved removable body armor at elbows and shoulders. Back body armor pocket fits CE Level 1 Back Armor (98150-17VR, sold separately). Padded back waist. Snap-tab mandarin collar. Zipper cuffs with snap tabs.
  • Pockets: Zipper hand-warmer and chest pockets. One interior stash pocket.
